The space In the heart of Les Orres 1800, in the central square of Bois Méan, in a 3-star residence, we offer this prime location facing south with a magnificent view of our mountains. Because vacation is also synonymous with relaxation, the residence offers a heated outdoor pool and 4 sauna cabins open in summer season July 6 / September 1, winter December 6 / April 12. And for maximum comfort, you will find, on the same opening dates as the resort, on the ground floor of the residence, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, sports shop, local products shop and dry cleaning. Please note! Restaurants, shops, swimming pool and sauna cabins are open only on the resort's opening dates. Located on the 3rd and top floor of the Les Érines building, our 35 m2 apartment has a master bedroom and a closed sleeping area. The bedroom is equipped with a 140 double bed with TV. The sleeping area is equipped with 2 beds of 80 cm. The layout of the rooms is perfect for accommodating 1 couple with 2 children while keeping the entire living space in the living room. The capacity of the apartment can be up to 6 people using the sofa bed located in the living room. Apartment composition: - a closed bedroom with a 140*190 double bed and TV. - A closed sleeping area with 2 single beds 80 x 190. - a living room with kitchen, dining area and a sofa bed 140*190. - a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - a ski locker on the ground floor. The apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is equipped with all the comforts of home appliances with mini microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, raclette/stone grill/grill, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, 80 cm TV in the living room, TV in the bedroom and shoe/glove dryer. The apartment is non-smoking, but its south-facing balcony will allow fans to smoke with a great view. A parking space is reserved for you in the basement of the building. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself. Guests can also enjoy the residence's heated outdoor pool or one of the 4 sauna cabins. Please note, the swimming pool, sauna and shops of the resort are open according to the opening dates of the ski lifts. Other things to note Sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels are not provided, but rectangular pillows and cozy duvets are present. Our reception service can offer you the rental of linens. You do not have to take care of the end-of-stay cleaning; it will be carried out by our concierge service for an additional fee of 60 euros included in the rental. The apartment is rented with its private underground parking space with direct access to the elevator and at no extra cost.
