Short walk to RPI and most Troy restaurants and bars. Renovated Victorian with 2 queen beds, sauna, full kitchen, eight foot dining room table, a desk to work at, and a big sectional plus with Roku TV. The space This is a renovated and updated Victorian building. The apartment still has an old cast iron tub. It has great light, with large windows on both sides. Note that it is on the third floor and that it is right in the middle of the downtown business district. Bedrooms are small but still big enough for the queen sized beds and side tables. Guest access The entire apartment is yours... and laundry is on the second floor landing on the way up. One of the closets is used by the owner for his stuff - this is an owner occupied apartment most of the year. Other things to note This apartment is a three floor walk-up, no elevators. Please see the notes about parking below: we only have parking on the street so for long term options it is good to book spots in the city garages online on the city of troy parking website. Please note that downtown Troy is an urban environment - be forewarned that this has the hallmarks of city living that we cannot control ourselves like homeless people on the streets.
