80 m2 just for you!! Located 10 minutes from the city center on foot, this townhouse is ideal for visiting Bordeaux with family, as a couple or solo. Very comfortable and cozy, it is suitable for 1 to 4 people. Located close to all services, the environment is quiet and conducive to relaxation. Place de Stalingrad tram station and Pont de Pierre are 3 minutes from the house. Private parking space 2 minutes from the house. €4/day NO EVENINGS, PARTIES AND GATHERINGS. The space The living room, dining room and kitchen are on the ground floor, the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped to organize your meals. The bathroom is spacious, with a walk-in shower, bathtub and double sinks. Beds will be made upon your arrival, towels will be prepared. COVID-19 HYGIENE MEASURES. I personally take care of cleaning the house, bed linens, towels and dishes. For this, I apply the guidelines in force (washing at 60°C, sanitary disinfection with bleach, disinfectant wipes, doorknobs, natural ventilation of rooms etc.) ....... which doesn't really change from my practices BEFORE COVID! :-):-) I will provide hydro-alcoholic gel, gloves, soap and disinfectant wipes.
