Longwool cottage is a delightful detached two bedroomed property in the village of Longdown just outside of Exeter. Superbly placed for visiting Exeter, Dartmoor and the coast. Easy access to University of Exeter. There is a private outside garden/decking area with a masonry barbecue. Outdoor table tennis. Lots of safe off road parking for guests vehicles. The space Longwool cottage is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The hallway leads onto the lounge, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. There is a cosy lounge with a woodburner -logs provided; there is economy seven heating. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with Dorma bed linen. The bathroom has a bath as well as a separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. There is a table which comfortably seats 4 and is extendable. We have furnished our cottage as somewhere we would like to stay. Outside, there is a private decking/garden area with a masonry barbecue - bring your own charcoal. The table easily seats 4 with an additional cushioned area to the right. Guest access The cottage is your personal, private space. The outside decking and barbecue area are for your private use.
