Villa La Bazonnerie, quietly located vacation home

Our vacation home La Bazonnerie is located in a hamlet on the border of the Indre and the Creuse, Limousin (1000 km from Groningen). It is located 60 km from Limoges and 50 km from Gueret, the capital of the department. Our house has a large garden of about 800m2. In addition, on the other side of the country road, we have a garden of 450 m2 with a private swimming pool of 4 by 7.5 meters. The space From the garden, you can step into the house. Here on the ground floor is a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. Next is the hall that leads to the two toilets, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. On the first floor is the living room, large landing and 2 more bedrooms. Both gardens have a veranda, are fenced, lockable and completely private, making it child and animal friendly. In both gardens, you can enjoy the setting sun while enjoying a drink. The swimming pool is unheated and open from June 1 to October 1. Guest access Our house is in a hamlet about 5 minutes drive from the highway. After a long day of driving, this is ideal and you don't have to spend hours on small country roads. Despite the location, there is no nuisance/noise from the highway, and it is actually very nice. The house has a large garden of about 800 m2. From the garden, you can step into the house. Upon entering, you first enter the large kitchen where the stairs to the living room are also located. Next is the hall that leads to the 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. At the back of the house is a second staircase that goes upstairs. Upstairs is the living room, large landing and 2 more bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed which is equipped with pillows, duvets and bed linen, so you do not have to bring this. In winter, this is heated with an electric heater. From the kitchen, there is also a door to the garden. If you go outside here, you will come to the back of the house in the garden. First you stand under the veranda where there is a lovely lounge sofa and you can enjoy the setting sun. There is sun in the garden throughout the day, and the picnic bench can be placed anywhere. There is lighting in the garden, so it is beautifully lit, and you can also enjoy a drink or play a game in the garden in the evening. In the garden across the street is the swimming pool and also here is a veranda. The swimming pool and the veranda are illuminated, and there is also lighting around the entire lawn. There are power points everywhere/each lamp has a plug for a radio or phone to charge. In addition, there is also a refrigerator under the porch so you do not have to go back for a drink. In both gardens, barbecuing is allowed, and there is also a fire pit by the pool for a cozy fire. It is furnished for fun during the day and in the evening and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all the luxuries. Refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, plates, pans, kettle, coffee maker and the like are all provided. Especially for the pool, there are plastic plates, glasses and salad bowls. GLASS by the pool is not allowed. The swimming pool is unheated and open from June 1st to October 1st. In addition, towels, tea towels, washing machine, dryer, a second fridge with freezer, satellite TV, DVD player and a TV are available. Other things to note The swimming pool is not located in the garden by the house. This is on the other side of the road at the front. This is 5 meters from the front of the house. There is a swimming pool here, veranda with refrigerator so you don't have to go back for every drink. GLASS by the pool is not allowed. The swimming pool is unheated and open from June 1st to October 1st. Normal use of water (5 m3 per week) and electricity (100 kWh per week) is included in the rent of the vacation home. Extra use is charged as follows: per m3 of water € 3.00, per kWh € 0.25. For the use of firewood (for stove and wood oven), you pay €5 per box, which roughly corresponds to the consumption for one day.
