Tenuta "Merlo di Maremma" is located in the heart of the uncontaminated wild region of the Tuscan Maremma, not far from the medieval village of Capalbio and from the hot springs of Saturnia. The Villa is surrounded by 15 hectares of olive grove with views over the Tuscan landscape. The Villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a modern 15 metre private pool. THE POOL WILL CLOSE FROM THE 2nd OCTOBER TILL THE 31st MAY. The space The Villa at Tenuta “Merlo di Maremma” comprises 250 square meters of inside area with a large private garden equipped with sun beds. There are 2 separate patio areas perfect to eat outside both equipped with 2 artisanal iron dining tables and a BBQ. On the entry floor of the Villa there is a large modern kitchen well equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, an hob and a large refrigerator, a separate dining room, a large living room with a fire place and 2 large sofas and armchairs with a TV. There is also a large bedroom with one bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms: one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace equipped with sun beds and a spectacular view over the Maremma countryside. There are also 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath tub. Wifi Internet is available inside the structure. 
Lines, towels, pool towels, well furnished kitchen are present in the Villa and BBq is available inside the structure. 
A washing machine is available for our guests, final cleaning and intermediate cleaning, for stays of longer than a week, with change of linens, towels and pool towels is included.
