Gated community with free parking in the street outside of the property The space Villamartin Plaza offers approximately 30 restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket, pharmacist, medical center and dentist should you need it. On the way there you will also find local bars & restaurants, if the Plaza is too far for you to walk, this area is a sun trap during the winter months during the afternoon. Next door you will find Villamartin Golf Club with another 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive. Zenia Boulevard is a short drive away where you will find an array of retail shops as well a floor dedicated to restaurants which are open late into the night. You will find smaller tapas and coffee bars scattered within the retail shops should you need a rest. There is plenty of free parking and a children’s play area should you need it. There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Campo de Golf Villamartin. You also have Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor and La Finca which are all within a short driving distance. Why not take out the hassle of bringing your golf clubs and just use one of the local hire company’s. Online tee times are available to enable you to plan your activities before you set off on your holiday. Golf transfers are offered should you need them. La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you.
