We invite you to stay at BELL RECÓ and spend a few days disconnecting and relaxing! RUNNING THROUGH THE GARDEN, JUMPING ON THE SLIDE, PLAYING PADDLES OR ORGANIZING A MEAL IN THE STONE BARBECUE AREA Nearby we have trails to the mountains, spacious beaches with beach bars in the summertime, and nautical and recreational activities of all kinds. The house is very bright, comfortable and pleasant in a relaxing setting overlooking the sea The space Nice and comfortable house with an incredible garden. Private pool, with a fence to protect the little ones. Nice barbecue area. Squash court. The house is very comfortable since almost all of it is distributed on one floor. This makes it very accessible. It has a large terrace, with several areas to enjoy the sun or shade. Fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. The distribution is as follows: On the main floor, we find the hall, kitchen, and living room, with access to the large terrace, which connects to the pool and large garden. On this same floor, we also find 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1: A double bed, terrace with sea views, wardrobes, bathroom with private shower. Bedroom 2: A double bed, terrace with sea views, and wardrobes. Bedroom 3: Three single beds (bunk bed) with terrace, and wardrobes. Bedroom 4: Two single beds, wardrobes. On the lower floor, we find one space with a sofa and a bathroom with a shower. The garden is fantastic and very well maintained. In the garden, distributed on several levels, we find a pleasant barbecue area, a squash court and various garden areas. The large terrace with sea views stands out, connected to the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an American fridge, dishwasher, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Next to the kitchen, we find a practical laundry area with a sink, washer and dryer. Guest access BELL RECÓ is exclusive to its guests. ACCESS AND PARKING The access from the street is private and the vehicle can enter the property respecting the garden areas and trying not to drive over the lawn. The door is automatic. You can also park for free on the street on the left, respecting the neighbours' garages. It is a street travelled only by the residents of the urbanization. THE GARDEN AND THE OUTDOOR SPACES All are private but they must be preserved. Please respect the green areas. THE POOL It is private and we hope you respect the rules of use and clothing. In this area, there are also hammocks for sunbathing. PRIVATE COURT TO PLAY FRONT, RACKETS AVAILABLE INCLUDED SERVICES - Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. - Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential neighbourhood where the house is located. Thank you in advance for your understanding! HOUSE'S RULES - It is not rented to groups under 25 years. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. IT'S NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies. - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed. - It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE ABANDONED We are very strict with the rules because the houses that we help manage are not located in tourist areas.
