The space The house is beautiful, airy, stylishly renovated and easy to live in with a very well equipped kitchen. There are elegant en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, two sitting rooms, covered verandah for those needing shade, dining terrace shaded by palms, olive and parasols for serious cover....Included in the rental cost are all utilities including wifi, air conditioning, heating, and sky tv, weekly pool and garden maintenance, all linens including beach towels, generous welcome pack and bathroom products. The house is well equipped for children and babies, offering: toys, books, music, dvds, games, highchairs, cots, a pushchair, plastic crockery, non slip bath mats, sunshade for the beach etc etc so no need to pack extra diversions for small people. Ca's Penelope is a large house, easy for everyone to find their 'own' space and hang out together for sunsets, barbecues, swimming, stargazing... Fornalutx village square is a 5 minute walk away: here there is a well stocked village shop selling everything including a fresh meat and cheese counter. There is also a fabulous baker, the Forn de Barri run by our neighbour, Hugo. Further afield (6km) you will find the sandy beaches of Port de Soller which are very suitable for children as they are shallow and safe.
