Casa Nica, literally by the sea

Charming fisherman's house from the early ‘900s. Entirely renovated , following a conservative restoration also in the recovery of furnishings and elements of abandoned boats, used in a functional way inside the house. It directly overlooks the beach that you can access from the old door that was opened to dry off the small boats. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed , kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space. The space Welcome to your Holiday Home! I am Maia the owner and with my family I run le Case sull’acqua The house was built in 1912 as a fishing house, by my great-grandfather I grew up here with my grandparents, the last professional fishermen. My sons, Riccardo and Leon are the sixth generation in this house. Giulio, my husband, and Leon, continue the tradition with their passion for fishing, their fish usually ends up in the kitchen of Nadine, my mother, the best cook we know! Since 2015 the house welcomes all guests who want to share with us the love for this house literally on the water. The house has remained simple, as it was 100 years ago, without luxury or great comfort, but we believe that this is part of its charm, to have remained authentic, with a single great luxury: the sea under your feet! We wish you a pleasant stay Guest access The veranda in front of Casa Nica is a private space belonging to the house where we have created a beautiful table with the old gate of the sea. you can have breakfast almost with your feet in the water. Other things to note - During the winter there may be maintenance work outside the apartment ( January and February) - During the weekends of July and August the beach can be very crowded. you will still have two beach beds and an umbrella reserved for you.
