We welcome you for a weekend, midweek, week, or longer, in a unique setting on the banks of the Meuse, in the heart of the French Ardennes. With its 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, the castle offers all the comfort to accommodate up to 20 people. Enjoy a spacious kitchen and an incredibly cozy dining room, fully equipped with parquet flooring and a working fireplace. In the living room, you can watch TV and relax. The castle also proves to be an excellent choice for events such as weddings, birthdays, seminars, yoga classes, but please note, during festivities, the entire domain is privatized to avoid disturbing other tenants. If you only rent the castle, tranquility is guaranteed Guest access If you rent the castle, tranquility is paramount. For adventurous souls, the estate provides access to the surrounding woods with various hiking trails. You privatize the entire castle, and outside, you have a private terrace around the castle, offering panoramic views of the vast forest, the Meuse Valley, and the river. Whether it's relaxing on the sandy beach of our brand new Risdoux Beach, taking a refreshing dip in the pool, or renting bikes on-site for a ride along the famous cycling route along the Meuse - the possibilities are endless. Each holiday home has its own BBQ, and your group can use a covered private BBQ in the 7-hectare garden, where there is enough space for everyone to have privacy. Children can play together on various shared play equipment and trampolines. The only problem is that they don't want to go home. On-site, you can also buy wines, with the extensive selection available in each gîte. Additionally, all holiday homes have access to wifi, allowing you to stay connected to the world while enjoying this unique and enchanting environment. Other things to note "Important Information for Your Stay: Pets are not allowed in the Castle. The estate is well-hidden in the French Ardennes: the only access is through a private path of 4 km and is exclusively available for guests of the estate. Upon arrival, we provide a basic package; the cost is 15€ per person. All beds are made with 100% cotton sheets, and the towels are of hotel quality. So, just pack your personal belongings, and your vacation can begin. Your holiday home is entirely private, but don't forget that there are other smaller holiday homes on the estate. From 10:00 PM onwards, we kindly ask you to respect the peace of the other guests if necessary. To maintain tranquility on the estate, parties are only allowed upon request.
