Our apartment offers modern features and facilities. A Large Flat screen TV with hundreds of UK Satellite channels and Netflix. We have a full working kitchen with a tall, full-size fridge/freezer. We have a new washing machine, a new dishwasher. And a new bathroom. The apartment offers relaxing spaces throughout. The apartment has a private, secluded sun terrace, equipped with a dining table and four chairs, as well as two sun loungers for your private sunbathing. The terrace gets the sun first thing in the morning through to mid-afternoon. We have air conditioning in the apartment as well as ceiling fans in both bedrooms to keep you cool. We have equipped the apartment with everything we think you'll need for a great stay, including our full-sized fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, full oven and hob, microwave, and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils to ensure that you have everything you need in the apartment. Having owned the apartment for 20 years, we think we've thought of everything! But we're happy to listen to suggestions. We regularly update the apartment to keep everything fresh. Our newest addition is the lovely new bathroom! We have a full UK satellite package on our flat screen TV, offering hundreds of UK and European TV channels. You'll find all BBC channels, All ITV channels, Channel 4, Sky news and many others besides. All, with the added bonus of Catch-up TV. We also have Netflix for your enjoyment. We provide free high speed wi-fi and we suggest reading the Welcome Folder upon arrival as it provides handy tips and info, as well as two wifi passwords in order to link up every room in the apartment with superfast wifi. Over the years, and with the help of our clients, we have built up a vast book library, so you're sure to find a good read whilst on your holiday and of course you're welcome to take the book home if you haven't quite finished it! We've also got board games for kids and adults alike, as well as playing cards, too. The apartment is cleaned and maintained to a high standard and it is thoroughly maintained to Covid prevention standards before your arrival. For those staying over 10 days we provide a free mid-clean. Linen and towels are provided free of charge and please ask us about cot/high chairs hire, should you need them. If you wish to use beach towels please let us know. Our agent can supply them for a small charge. Our agent has lived on the island for many years and has a wealth of knowledge about Puerto de MOGAN and indeed of the whole island so she will happily provide any information or ideas for days out, that you may like. Other things to note All linen and towels are provided. We have cots and high chairs available for hire too, please ask for further details. We provide weekly linen and towel changes. The apartment block has 23 apartments across two levels with a fabulous shared roof-top pool, which is heated during the cooler months. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge on the large sun terrace around the pool. The pool area also provides poolside showers and toilet and changing facilities. It should be noted that the pool is accessed from the second level of the building by one flight of stairs and is not accessible via a lift. The apartment is on the first level of apartments in the block, it is one of the larger two-bedroom apartments and the entire apartment is on one level, accessed from street level either by the stairs or the lift. All rooms are easily accessible once inside. You will need to take one flight of stairs to access the pool. Otherwise there is a lift from the ground floor up to our apartment. We have a safety deposit box in the apartment in order that you can store your valuables, should you choose to do so, whilst you enjoy your holiday.
