The pleasant living/dining room opens onto an inviting terrace with a swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, a cozy seating area, a table and chairs for all guests, and a plancha. On the ground floor, you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with two single beds or a double bed according to your needs, each with its own TV and large closet. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. For guests' convenience, there is also a separate toilet. On the 1st floor you will find the large air-conditioned master bedroom which has a TV and a private bathroom with double sink and spacious shower and which opens onto a solarium terrace. The other two bedrooms are also air-conditioned, each with two single beds or a double bed according to your needs. PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION !! * Swimming pool: the size of the pool is 10 m/4 m, at the deepest it is 1.35 m. It is secured by a removable net barrier. This barrier will be automatically placed before your arrival. * Parking for 3 cars. * The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 10 people (including children and babies). * Zero tolerance policy applies to smokers on the property. If our staff discovers a trace of violation of this rule (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge you a smoking fee of at least 300 EUR. You can smoke only outside the villa but avoid throwing your butts in the garden, please use the ashtrays. * Our animal friends are not allowed in this accommodation, we reserve the right to charge you a cleaning fee of at least 300 EUR if this is not respected. * We do not allow parties or evening gatherings. The house is located in a quiet and residential area, the respect and tranquility of the neighborhood is highly appreciable. No noise after 10pm. If we have an alert about this, you will have to leave immediately without any compensation from us. * We can accommodate you between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., after 8 p.m. check-in will be done independently with a key box located in the property (details on the day of your arrival by message). Of course, if the schedule and our availability allow us, we can hand over the keys earlier on the day of your arrival and later on the day of your departure (maximum 12:00 p.m.). * On your departure, please tidy up the kitchen (dishes done and put away, the garbage cans, cupboards and refrigerator must be emptied (for hygiene reasons we do not keep anything).
