Oak Barn @ The Croft - Luxury Rural Retreat

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request. The space Oak Barn sits with The Croft in two acres of garden and paddock, on a quiet country lane. The spacious accommodation provides a lovely king size bed plus a sofa bed (single bed). We can also provide a travel cot for those staying with infants. The barn is very quiet and provides all mod cons including 42" flat screen TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, Wi-Fi, Smart Speaker and USB sockets. The bathroom includes a large walk in shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Downstairs there’s a fully equipped kitchen including hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer plus a table that seats four. A washer dryer is also available. Oak Barn has its own garden including a small patio with a table and chairs which is lovely for an evening drink if sunny. If you have kids, there is a great tree house and slide in a beautiful willow tree that stands opposite the barn. There’s also a small paddock next to the barn which often has some friendly sheep in residence. Guest access Guests have sole use of the apartment and private access. Externally there's a lawned area and a small patio with a table and chairs. There is plenty of parking is available on the drive and a 7kW EV charger is available for guest use (charges apply). Other things to note We are happy to provide Vegan options instead of eggs and bacon - just let us know when you book. We can also help with special arrangements if you are looking to surprise someone special - many guests have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and wedding nights at Oak Barn so let us know your plans before you book and we will help where we can. Whilst we are close to a shop and a couple of great pubs, we do recommend having your own transport to get the full benefit of the area.
