Villa Solaris is arranged over 3 floors as follows; Ground Floor Entry to Villa Solaris is either via the ground floor or the top floor. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining room that has large windows overlooking the terrace and pool area. The living area is stylishly furnished with a large comfortable sofa and 3d Tv, Dvd Blue Ray and Idock with good lighting that creates the perfect ambiance for your holiday. The living area enjoys wonderful views over pine covered hills and lush vineyards. The dining area is spacious and includes a dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests. The kitchen is to the left of the dining area and is fully equipped with all appliances, including oven, microwave, 4-ring hob, fridge-freezer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and everything else necessary for your stay. The kitchen opens out directly to the terrace and pool area. First Floor The first of the bedrooms is located just a few steps up from the living area. This is the master suite with floor to ceiling windows that frame the panaromaic views across the hills. This bedroom features a balcony with comfortable seating that overlooks the pool and terrace area. Top Floor The top floor of the villa is home to a further 3 bedrooms, all tastefully furnished and with a large shared family bathroom. Villa Solaris can sleep up to 8/9 people in 4 bedrooms arranged as follows; Bedrooms Bedroom 1 - Master ensuite with desk, built in wardrobe and terrace with views. Bedroom 2 - Large double, built in wardrobes & terrace with stairs leading to a terrace and pool area. Bedroom 3 - Twin beds with small wardrobe, extra Zbed can be added to sleep 9. Terrace And Pool Area The centrepiece of the gardens is a fantastic 8m x 4m swimming pool (with optional pool heating from 280 Euros) that offers wonderful views across the hills. The attractively tiled pool area provides plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation. Directly outside the kitchen area is a large dining table comfortably seating 10 guests and a Bbq for outdoor cooking. There is also a very cool lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing. There is an additional terrace that is accessed from the double bedroom on the top floor, this terrace offers further space for enjoying the sun and relaxing whilst admiring the beautiful views. The rest of the gardens that surrounds the villa have been left in their attractive natural state consisting of limestone rocks interspersed with aromatic Mediterranean herbs and palms. There is secure off-street parking for 2 cars at Villa Solaris. There is also unlimited and free on-street parking at the front and back of the villa and no permits are required.
