It is located next to the historical Florence center and very close to the main attractions. A 15-minute walk from the centre, it is also well-connected to the city by bus lines and allows to reach the most famous attractions such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and Piazzale Michelangelo. The space For the protection of the health of our guests we are carefully following the guidelines of the ministry of health for cleaning and disinfection against spread of coronavirus. The apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet residence, next to the historical Florence's Center and within walking distance of all the main attractions of interest. It consists of a living room with a large sofa bed, TV and dining table with a nice balcony looking at the complex, nice for enjoying a glass of Chianti and apeaceful enviroment near the center, a kitchenette with everything you need to make lunches and home dinners (oven, microwave, induction plate, dishwasher), a delightful bedroom with double bed and memory mattresses, a large sliding wardrobe, a modern bathroom with a large shower and a small closet. Free Wi-fi. Potable water. Connection to the entrance door with intercom. The apartment is equipped with a garage to park the car, which can be accessed thought the lift directly or from the second floor. The apartments inside the residence are monitored with surveillance cameras, so you can spend your vacation safely and quietly. The doorman, if you need further information, is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
