York Park Home- 24 hour self check in - 6 bedrooms

This two story house has 3 full baths, 6 bedrooms built in 2010 with upgraded finishes. The home is great for family's, groups, vacationers and business travel. Has huge TV (just bring your streaming service logins), super fast Wifi and is close to everything. Its close to Nike World HQ, Intel and Costco, Aloha High school and Century High School, Close to US26. 20min to downtown. 30min to PDX airport. 24 hour self check in and check out. This house does not allow parties. The space This charming house is perfect for a family get together or friends to gather. Covered porch in the back yard and back patio set and BBQ with built in outdoor fireplace. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am and no parties are allowed. The neighbors will call the police and you will be in violation of Airbnb rules and asked to leave immediately. 3 vehicles can park in the driveway. 2 vehicles can park in the garage. All other vehicles will need to be parked out on 192nd (1 block away from the home). Unlimited parking on 192nd. The HOA will tow extra vehicles if this rule is not followed and they do not give warnings. The HOA will also call the Sheriff's office and vehicles get cited before they are towed away. Guest access Front door keypad and backup garage key pad. Real estate lock box if key pad is not working. Other things to note Quite hours start at 9pm-7am. Parties are not allowed and the neighbors will call the police. Please message the host if you are planning on have more then the total registered amount of quests on site during your stay.
