Family cottage with air conditioning, courtyard, pool

Very spacious rustic-modern cottage converted from a barn with taste; exposed stones and frameworks, large 40 m² living room with large tables and lounge area with TNT TV – everything to be comfortable for groups. A big plus is the large courtyard offering a sheltered children's area (swings, playhouse...) and a huge table. Our summer kitchen allows you to enjoy more of the beautiful weather and moments of conviviality. Ideal for a getaway with family and/or friends. The space We have a lot of games and activities on site - Finnish bowling, boules, badminton, table tennis net, foosball, children's darts, shed, swings... Lots of hiking and walking opportunities, nearly 100 km of greenway in the Isle Valley, the city of Périgueux with its magnificent cathedral and market, very pretty golf courses nearby, and above all a very central location in the Périgord Blanc to enjoy the multitude of riches of the Dordogne. Very popular tours just 10 minutes away are Le Moulin de la Veyssière, Caviar de Neuvic, Château de Neuvic. The owners' house is on the same plot of land, making the owners available if needed during your stay. The pool area is open to tenants from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 9 pm. Other things to note The end-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility. However, we offer the cleaning option for an additional €150. We accept dogs for an extra charge of €5 per night per dog.
