Original A-Frame/sauna/quiet oasis

This chalet A-Frame was the first of it's kind built by the original owners of Hunter Mountain Ski bowl! It is a mere 500 steps to the front steps of their legendary lodge. The Chalet is perfectly preserved and in a magnificent location to experience all that Hunter and it's iconic ski hill have to offer. At the end your days adventures come home to a blue stone fire pit and make smores under the Catskill stars! The infrared sauna will melt away any stress! The space Because of it's fabulous location folks can easily walk with their gear to the lodge and avoid the parking lot! :) The new infrared sauna is perfect after a day of exploring. There is an outside BBQ grill a fire pit and a picnic table. The kitchen is fully stocked. 5G internet! Plenty of bar glasses for your afternoon cocktails. The heat is controlled remotely by NEST, but you can also adjust it. There is a mini-split for air conditioning. It is also supplemental heat The loft stairs should be descended by going down backward so as not to bump your head. The A Frame is pet friendly! Although very clean if you suffer from pet dander this may not be the place for you. Please notify me in advance if you will be bringing a pet. There is a $25 fee. When you depart I will be sure to let other hosts know your pet was well behaved. Guest access The whole house and yard is all yours! Other things to note QUIET hours are from 11pm to 8am. Please be polite at all times. Trash rules change. Please refer to the note I'll send just before your arrival.
