"A Country Dream" This is an old stone country house as we like them. Quiet, not overlooked. Warm and bright. 6 bedrooms. 15 beds and many amenities for young and old. Great for a stay with family, friends or athletes. Or in a small group seminar. 70 km from Porte d 'Orléans/Paris, south of Milly la Forêt and Fontainebleau. Close to the climbing sites, golf courses and the leisure center of Buthiers. Very nice winter too with its fireplace! The space Our country house/group cottage Un Rêve de Campagne, located in the small village of Nangeville, 70 km from Paris, is the ideal place to take a green break. It is a bright and cozy family home at the same time, simple, timeless, where you immediately feel good regardless of the season. Come and enjoy the beautiful fireplace for these winter weekends, walks and board games! 200 m2-6 bedrooms (garden view), 3 bathrooms, 3 wc, 15 real beds. Possibility of having 14 individual beds. Ground floor bedroom: 1 double bed Bedroom 1 : 3 modular single beds Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds Bedroom 3 : 1 double bed Bedroom 4 : 2 double beds. Large, it has a curtain to isolate each of the two large beds) Bedroom 5 : 2 modular single beds 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet are on the ground floor and on the same level as the living rooms and the back garden, ideal for people with mobility difficulties (2 steps to the front garden). Baby equipment (crib, highchair, changing mat). Large trampoline, ping pong, swings, 2 Weber BBQ, small stone cabin for children, balloons. Electric piano, board games, books, and magazines. Over the seasons, you can pick cherries and raspberries, see hatching roses and peonies. Fireplace in the living room guaranteeing beautiful flare-ups in the winter. Well-behaved dog accepted. The garden is walled off. Lots of crockery and utensils. Connecting with caterers. We welcome families, friends, athletes (we have a lot of climbers being close to the climbing sites of the blocks of Fontainebleau, Milly-La-Forêt, Noisy and a lot of golfers too), work groups, business trips, teleworkers, etc. We offer people coming to seminars: screen, video projector and flipchart, our large dining room is the perfect place to gather you. And/or an equipped room for rent on the street, at our neighbor's: there is 1 room with 15 seats and 1 room with 50 seats, new, all equipped. Contact us for any further information. Open year-round. As nice in winter as in summer. Available weeks and weekends. Minimum 2 nights unless there are exceptions (for seminars, contact us if you only want 1 night). Our weekend package is a REAL weekend, from Friday night to Sunday night. NB: for the weekend of March 28, 2026, the house must exceptionally be vacated by 11 a.m. on Sunday 03/29. NB: The house is not rented for dance parties. The enrolment includes adults, children and infants. Please mark the infants as a "child" and count them in the overall workforce. Staffing can not be exceeded with outside guests (so no wedding or party in large numbers). Please read and agree to house rules before booking. Linens (sheets and towels) are for rent but you can bring your own. The small village of Nangeville is 7 km from Malesherbes, on the border of Île de France and Gâtinais. It's known for its La Fondamentale Brewery. Malesherbes offers all the supermarkets and shops of a small provincial town + RER D access from Paris (Gare de Lyon, Châtelet, Gare du Nord). Or RER C or train to Etampes. Take a taxi on arrival by RER station (to be booked). Lots of walks to do in the surroundings: castles, Buthiers and Etampes leisure bases, Milly la Forêt, Fontainebleau, Claude François's house, etc. Varappe à Buthiers/3 Pignons/Fontainebleau, Golf d 'Augerville and Golf de Cély. Guest access The house is rented in its entirety. You have an equipped kitchen, garden furniture, internet connection, mini stereo, TV, many games and a beautiful fireplace. A grocery fund is available for troubleshooting before your shopping. A digicode box allows you to collect and return the keys without time constraints (outside of contractual constraints). Other things to note Contract to be signed. Optional sheets and towels (double bed sheets = €20/bed, single bed sheets = €15/bed (beds made + €10/bed), towels = €5/unit). No dance events. Not suitable for PRMs. Children and babies count on the enrolment!:) Our weekend package corresponds to a REAL weekend, from Friday evening to Sunday evening (and not until Sunday morning as in most rentals) except Sunday 03/29/2026.
