The house is in a quiet location close to shops and the bus. There is a large living room, kitchen, 7 bedrooms to accommodate 20 people. Parking is provided for about fifteen cars. There is a petanque court, ping pong table, darts and a large 17 m swimming pool. In winter you will be able to enjoy the fireplace and pellet stove, or even organize events inside. Greenery is everywhere outside and inside the house. The space A good part of the house is on one level. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and a studio. In three bedrooms there are 140 cm beds, in one bedroom 2 140 cm beds and in two other bedrooms 160 cm beds. In the studio there are 2 beds of 140 cm. 2 double mattresses can be added in some rooms if needed. The kitchen is equipped with a large American fridge and a smaller classic fridge, a dishwasher, a classic oven and a microwave. Each bedroom and studio has a shower room. There are 5 toilets, 3 in the studio and in two bedrooms and 2 others in the common areas. The living room with the dining room have an area of 80 m2 which allows you to be many inside the house or during bad weather. The house has a large southeast-facing terrace with garden tables and a blind. The terrace overlooks a large 17 m x 7 m pool and the lawn in front of the pool. There is also a terrace on the other side of the house facing northwest. There is ample parking in the pine forest that can accommodate about fifteen cars. On the leisure side there is a ping-pong table and a 10 m x 4 m petanque court. There is also a gas and charcoal barbecue. You can connect to the house Wi-Fi and the stereo via Bluetooth. Guest access Tenants have access to the garden, pool, parking and the entire house. They also have access to the laundry room with a 14 kg washing machine and 2 dryers. Other things to note Here is the tenant's behavioral standards to prevent disturbances to the neighborhood. 1.
