The Rose Marie in Downtown Caldwell

Welcome to the Rose Marie! Location is everything here. We are centrally located between Austin, Houston and Dallas. We are just a 25 minute drive to Bryan/College Station and Kyle Field and just a 20 minute drive to Lake Somerville. The space Nestled just steps away from Downtown Caldwell, The Rose Marie is a three bedroom cottage that’s the perfect place to get away from the bustle of big city life and has plenty of room for all of your family and friends. We have tried to maintain the original character and integrity of this historic home. We stripped through multiple layers of paneling and wallpaper to get down to the original shiplap in the open living room and dining area. We have left all of the original doors with their original hardware. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the equipment you should need. We also provide a washer/dryer with laundry detergent and fabric softener. Outside are large established pecan trees, huge covered decks, and ample outdoor seating to enjoy the breeze that blows through. ***The stove in the living room is NOT connected to anything and is NOT intended to be used. It is for looks only. PLEASE DO NOT USE!*** Guest access We are a small town, so there are no fancy parking garages or parking lots. At the Rose Marie, we have a driveway and single covered carport for parking. We know this space is limited, so if you need overflow parking, your guests are allowed to park in the street, but I ask to please avoid street parking if possible.
