This beautiful and immaculate self catering property is an ideal holiday home for those who wish to spend time by the sea in a beautiful setting, which features a unique Sitooterie (not attached to the property and accessed via the courtyard around the back of the cottage) with uninterrupted and breathtaking sea views. Located only fifteen minutes from the famous historic town of St Andrews. The space There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one twin and one double. The double has a luxury ensuite with slipper bath. There is a separate bathroom with shower opposite the twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have sea views. A staircase leads up to the stunning open plan kitchen/dining and living area. The solid oak kitchen is fully equipped and has an integrated fridge, built in oven and ceramic hob. The living area has a wood burning stove. There are seven south facing windows from which to enjoy the ever changing and forever memorable sea views across the Firth of Forth to Berwick Law, Isle of May and along the coast to Crail. Truly wonderful! The cottage also has an outside sitting area ( not attached to the cottage) "Sitooterie" which is accessed via the courtyard at the rear of the property. The Sitooterie has 2 separate sitting areas divided by a stone wall and has shared access with the adjoining cottage. The cottage is not suitable for young children.
