THE OLD COURTHOUSE - Luxury in Derbyshire

A stunning interior designed house on The Trusley Estate just a short drive from the Derbyshire Peak District. Relax in huge roll top baths with Penhaligon soaps and fluffy white company towels. Enjoy BBQs in the Summer and a cosy wood burner in the winter. From May-October the house has access to a tennis court. The nearest pubs (The Cow & The Horseshoes) are just a 35 minute walk and there is the Pub-Hop bicycle hire in Trusley village. The space The Old Courthouse has been recently refurbished to the highest standards. There are log fires, large roll top baths, stunning countryside views and a tennis court at the bottom of the garden. The house comprises of two double bedrooms and two twin rooms. Please see the floor plan (in the photos section) to get a better idea of the arrangement. Guest access Feel free to roam around at your leisure. There are masses of footpaths and some nice local pubs. Just remember to shut gates behind you! Other things to note Tennis rackets and balls are available to borrow. Trusley Church has a wonderfully unique and ancient service most Sundays. The Black Cow pub and The Three Horseshoes pub are both a 35 minute walk across the fields.
