A place to relax, take walks or bike rides in nature, or cultural visits? The Alizé gîte, located in Ramelot, in the Liège Condroz, between Liège and Huy, offers you all this. You will also find plenty of restaurants to delight your taste buds! This old, comfortable, independent and fully restored farmhouse is located at the end of the village, in a country setting and can accommodate up to 9 people maximum, including infants and children. The space Ground floor: spacious entrance hall, mezzanine, bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric juicer, percolator, Senseo coffee machine on request, etc.), living room with open fire (wood available a few km from the cottage), separate toilet, room (not heated for the moment. Possible on request a few days before arrival before arrival.) with ping pong table, foosball table, freezer and washing machine. The house is equipped with ventilation that ensures the permanent renewal of the air inside. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (mattress: 160x200 cm, duvet: 220x240 cm), bed linen not provided (possible for stays longer than a week with surcharge), 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and changing table. In summer, cooling ventilation of the rooms available on request. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (mattress: 160x200 cm, duvet: 220x240 cm), bed linen not provided (possible for stays longer than a week with surcharge), and on request 1 extra bed for 1 person or a baby bed. In summer, cooling ventilation of the rooms available on request. Beds are fitted with duvets and pillows. Guest towels and bath mats are provided, but not bed linen. For stays of a week or more, we can provide you with it on request only with sup. (beds made on arrival and towels included). The double beds measure 160x200 cm and our duvets 240 x 220 cm. You will be greeted with apple juice and homemade jam, and, in season, with vegetables from our vegetable garden. The eggs from our chicken coop are at your disposal during your stay. The cottage has a game room with ping pong table, foosball and badminton (room not heated for the time being. Please let us know a few days before your arrival if you would like the game room to be heated). Bikes can be rented a few km from the cottage. Let us know in advance if you want to rent them. Hiking and cycling maps are available to guide you on your walks. The cottage has a shelter for your bikes. For our young visitors, we provide toys and childcare equipment (at no extra charge). You have at your disposal a fenced garden, a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a large wooded meadow of 3000 m2. Wi-Fi Internet at no extra charge. Guest access You have access to an entire and independent house. You will also have at your disposal a large garden, a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a gym with ping pong, foosball and badminton (room not heated at the moment. Please let us know a few days before your arrival if you want the room to be heated). You'll be the only ones with access. There are no other tenants at the same time as you. We'll let you know at the time of booking, or you can ask us before booking. The cottage has private parking. Electric car charging is not included in the rental price. So please let us know if you would like to reload your car. A charging station will be installed at the cottage soon. When you book our place, you agree that 10% of the rental amount will be spent on the furniture.
