Spacious and comfortable house with large garden

A place to relax, take walks or bike rides in nature, or cultural visits? The Alizé gîte, located in Ramelot, in the Liège Condroz, between Liège and Huy, offers you all this. You will also find plenty of restaurants to delight your taste buds! This old, comfortable, independent and fully restored farmhouse is located at the end of the village, in a country setting and can accommodate up to 9 people maximum, including infants and children. The space Ground floor: spacious entrance hall, mezzanine, bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric juicer, percolator, Senseo coffee machine on request, etc.), living room with wood-burning fireplace (wood available a few kilometers from the cottage), separate toilet, room (not heated at the moment) with ping pong table, foosball table, freezer and washing machine. The house is equipped with ventilation that ensures continuous air circulation indoors. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (mattress: 160 x 200 cm, duvet: 220 x 240 cm), bed linens not provided (possible for stays of more than one week at an additional cost), 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and changing table. In summer, cooling ventilation in the bedrooms is available upon request. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (mattress: 160 x 200 cm, duvet: 220 x 240 cm), bed linens not provided (possible for stays of more than one week with extra charge), and, on request, 1 single extra bed or a crib. In summer, cooling ventilation in the bedrooms is available upon request. The beds are fitted with duvets and pillows. Towels and bath mats are provided, but not bed linen. For stays of one week or longer, we can provide them upon request, for an additional fee only. The double beds measure 160 x 200 cm and our duvets measure 240 x 220 cm. Toilet paper and soap are provided. You will be welcomed with apple juice and homemade jam, and, in season, with vegetables from our vegetable garden. Eggs from our chicken coop are available for your use during your stay. The gite has a game room with a ping pong table, foosball table and badminton (room not heated at the moment). Bikes can be hired a few kilometers from the cottage. Please let us know in advance if you wish to rent bikes. Hiking and cycling maps are available to guide you on your outings. The gite has a storage area for your bikes. No pets are allowed due to allergies. For our younger guests, we provide toys and baby equipment (at no extra charge). You have at your disposal a fenced garden, a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a large wooded meadow of 3,000 m². Wi-Fi Internet at no extra charge. Guest access You have access to an entire and independent house. For weekends, it is Sunday between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the latest, or Monday morning between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. In the peak season, it is generally in the morning between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. at the latest. We will let you know your checkout time at the time of booking, or you can ask us before booking. It depends on the conditions of the following rentals. The gite has its own private parking. Charging electric cars is not included in the rental price. So please let us know if you would like to charge your car. An EV charger will soon be installed at the cottage.
