Master's house (18th – 19th century), 180 m², completely renovated, located 5 minutes from Pézenas (tourist town following the passage of Molière). The house is located in the heart of Adissan, a small village with local shops. Well located, it allows you to enjoy the beaches (30 minutes), the hinterland with its rivers and Lake Salagou. The space The house on 2 levels comfortably accommodates 10 to 12 people + 1 baby in its 4 large bedrooms. It has a shower room with toilet, a separate toilet and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and its large table allow for good shared moments. The bright living room and library, which gives access to the terrace, are conducive to relaxation. The 70 m2 outdoor area with its barbecue, awaits you for friendly moments. See you soon... Guest access The entire house is available for guests. Ground floor, 1st floor and terrace/garden. The house is dual-aspect (access possible through the garden.) Unfinished attic is not accessible. Other things to note Cleaning fee is required. We provide bed sheets, bathroom towels, shower towels and dish towels. We leave our groceries and ask guests to replace anything they use. The house is Non Smoking. The fireplaces don’t work.
