Sainte-Sabine en Dordogne welcomes you in the newly renovated farmhouse of Sainte-Sabine, walking distance to the medieval quaint village of St Cyprien, renowned for its beautiful church and its weekly traditional Sunday market. We are close to all amenities, 2 km away from the river Dordogne, 20 mn drive from the medieval town of Sarlat. All the most famous and beautiful sights of the Dordogne-Périgord Noir (Lascaux Caves, the castles of Milandes, Castelnaud and Beynac) are on our doorstep. The space The gîte of 100 m2 is part of the barn of a typically Périgord farmhouse, recently renovated (2020). On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan room of 36 m2, with wooden flooring, with : - a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher & washing-machine - a dining area for 6 people - a lounge area to relax with sofa and flat-screen TV During cooler season, this room is equipped with under-floor heating. On the first floor, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms : - a 16 m2 "parental" bedroom with 1 king-size bed - a 25 m2 "family" room with 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds (90x200) plus a bathroom with walk-in shower, basin with cabinet and toilets. Outside, from your private patio equipped with garden furniture and BBQ, you will have direct access to the courtyard, the orchard, the garden and the shared swimming pool of 10m by 5 m (with a shallow and a deep end). A dedicated parking area is available next to the gîte. Other things to note We speak French & English
