Floor-to-ceiling windows cover two sides of the house and allow spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and the lush green landscape, which is covered with pine trees and cypresses. The bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the upper floors, while the open kitchen, dining area and a lounge with a luxurious sofa and a flat-screen TV are all on the ground floor and present clean white walls and simple elegance. A hot tub, sauna, fitness corner and table tennis are also available for your enjoyment. From here you can reach the large terrace leading to the pool, as well as the barbecue area with an outdoor dining table. Welcome to Villa La Mer. With five bedrooms, ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two of the bedrooms each have a sofa that can accommodate two more if needed. The bay of Zaton is only 10 km west of Dubrovnik and is rich in beautiful beaches with calm, clear water. Numerous restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. For a complete experience of the area, we invite you to visit the notorious city of Dubrovnik, which is likely to be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast for good reason. Founded in the seventh century and since then marked by many of its rulers, it now has a rich cultural history and historical significance. The pedestrian zone, protected by UNESCO, is surrounded by a city wall from the 10th century, which is 2 kilometers long and 6 meters high in some places. It is a must to walk! Stradun, or Dubrovnik's Placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect vantage point to admire the architecture and watch the world pass by while enjoying the fresh catch of the day and sipping a glass of Malvazija.
