Gîte de la Providence, Opal Coast

This charming cottage offers the exceptional combination of modern comfort and the authenticity of a completely renovated 1920s farmhouse. Rety is a peaceful village in the Terre des 2 Caps. Its hilly landscape is a delight for walkers and cyclists. It is located 15 km from the beaches of the Opal Coast. You will appreciate the large enclosed garden, its wooden terrace and the petanque court. The 3 large comfortable bedrooms including a master bedroom and its living room with pellet stove. The space Historic farmhouse built with local stone, very large enclosed garden with pétanque court (boules provided). 3 large comfortable bedrooms including a master bedroom ( i.e. a room with 2 single beds 90x190 ,as well as a 70x140 child bed and 2 bedrooms with each a double bed 160x200 ). 2 Bathrooms, 2 WC. You also have a click-clack on the landing that can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 adults without problem. Parking is on our property and can accommodate up to 6-7 vehicles. We have on the terrace behind the house a table and 2 benches that you can use on sunny days. We provide a bbq and umbrella (depending on the season) In the large walled garden you will find a swing and a goal to delight the little ones. You have the option to have access to the private SPA (6 seats) which is accessible from the kitchen in an independent room. This access is not included in the rate of the reservation, there is an option of an additional €70 for access. Included in SPA rental: - Unlimited access from 5pm to 11am the following day -Bathdraps (1 per person) -Italian shower and toilet in the room The water is always 37°C (98.6°F); you have access to the outside via the bay window, which opens onto a wooden deck with unobstructed views of a pasture with horses. Guest access We inform you that as soon as you arrive at the address of the accommodation, do not hesitate to go down the driveway, the gîte is at the back in a dead-end courtyard. Other things to note We can provide bed linens for a fee; we charge €12 per double bed and €9 per single bed (i.e., €64 for all the beds). You also have the option to rent the hot tub for an additional €70 for a one-night stay and €100 if your stay is for two nights. This one is located in a separate room from the accommodation, which you can access from the kitchen without having to leave the cottage. Registration Details 14004 04
