This charming cottage offers the exceptional combination of modern comfort and the authenticity of a completely renovated 1920s farmhouse. Rety is a peaceful village in the Terre des 2 Caps. Its hilly landscape is a delight for walkers and cyclists. It is located 15 km from the beaches of the Opal Coast. You will appreciate the large enclosed garden, its wooden terrace and the petanque court. The 3 large comfortable bedrooms including a master bedroom and its living room with pellet stove. You also have a sofa bed on the landing that can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 adults without any problem. Parking is on our property and can accommodate up to 6-7 vehicles. We have a table and 2 benches on the terrace behind the house that you can use on beautiful sunny days. We provide a barbecue and umbrella (depending on the season) In the large enclosed garden, you will find a swing and a goal to delight the little ones. You have the option to have access to the private SPA (6 places) which is accessible from the kitchen in a separate room. This access is not included in the booking rate, there is an additional €70 option for access. Included in the SPA rental: - unlimited access from 5 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day - bath towels (1 per person) - walk-in shower and toilet in the room The water is always at 37°C, you have access to the outside from the bay window that overlooks a wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the countryside. Guest access We inform you that as soon as you arrive at the address of the accommodation, do not hesitate to go down the driveway, the gîte is at the back in a dead-end courtyard. Other things to note there is the possibility of providing sheets in return we do it in the form of rental, i.e. 12 euros per double bed and 9 euros per single bed. you also have the option to rent the 6-person spa by the day for an additional €70.
