This charming cottage offers the exceptional marriage of modern comforts and the authenticity of a 1920 farmhouse completely renovated. Rety is a peaceful village in the Terre des 2 Caps. Its hilly landscape is the delight of walkers and cyclists. It is located 15 km from the beaches of the Opal Coast. You will appreciate the large enclosed garden, its wooden terrace and the pétanque court. The 3 large bedrooms all comforts including a parent and its living room with pellet stove. The space Old Longère with stones of the Country, very large enclosed garden with petanque court (boules provided) and garden shed arranged for children with outdoor games. 3 large comfortable bedrooms including a master bedroom ( i.e. a room with 2 single beds 90x190 ,as well as a 70x140 child bed and 2 bedrooms with each a double bed 160x200 ). 2 Bathrooms, 2 WC. You also have a click-clack on the landing that can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 adults without problem. Parking is on our property and can accommodate up to 6-7 vehicles. We have on the terrace behind the house a table and 2 benches that you can use on sunny days. We provide a bbq and umbrella (depending on the season) In the large walled garden you will find a swing and a goal to delight the little ones. You have the option to have access to the private SPA (6 seats) which is accessible from the kitchen in an independent room. This access is not included in the rate of the reservation, there is an option of an additional €70 for access. Included in SPA rental: - Unlimited access from 5pm to 11am the following day -Bathdraps (1 per person) -Italian shower and toilet in the room The water is always at 37° C ,you have access to the outside from the glass window that overlooks a wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the countryside. Guest access We inform you that as soon as you arrive at the address of the accommodation,you do not hesitate to go down to the driveway,the cottage is at the back in a dead end courtyard. Other things to note there is the possibility to provide the sheets in return we do it in the form of rental or 12 euros per double bed and 9 euros per single bed. you also have the option to rent by the day the 6-person spa for an additional €70. This is in a separate room at the accommodation you have access to without having to leave the cottage. Registration details 14004 04
