The residence is 20 m from the beach, and has two entrances: one directly on Boulevard de la Mer and the other 22 Avenue des Mimosas. All amenities are 50 m from the residence: supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops, beach accessory shops, pharmacy, surf school, etc... Fully equipped.
