The current owners, descendants of the Fogazzaro family, have built the house in 1952 and recreated the sublime atmosphere the once graced this wonderful location and thus attracted many illustrious guests and visitors like Cecil Beaton, Joseph Losey, Albert Finney, Geza Anda, Rudolf Nureyev and many more. Equipped with all "mod cons", from air conditioning to the wonderful gourmet kitchen and swimming pool with stunning views. Situated in a privileged position, within walking distance to the centre of Vicenza and only 35 minutes by train to Venice. Guest access Guests can have access to the entire Villa, with the exception of staff quarters Other things to note The Villa has 4 double bedrooms with private bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms with sink in the room that can share two adjacent bathrooms. Most twin bedrooms can, upon request, be transformed into double bedrooms. The dining room, and the living room with fireplace, overlook the garden. The swimming pool with changing room, minibar and outdoor shower is accessible from May to September. It is fenced for the safety of any children who may be present.
