Unique farmhouse located on the Princess Margrietkanaal. All 5 bedrooms have unobstructed views of the Frisian landscape. An environment in which only the Frisian landscape is visible and no neighbors are visible! The space The private driveway of 700 meters takes you to an oasis of peace, privacy and nature and fishing experience. For example, there is a small marina, a natural pond on private property suitable for children, a large garage and various terraces around the house. The holiday home was purchased in May 2015 and is now being furnished for recreational rental. For example, there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large dining kitchen/room. In the back of the house there is ample storage for boats brought, fishing gear, etc. The dining kitchen with cooking island is the core of the house. The open doors to the east terrace give a view of the water and in the morning the rising sun. The kitchen is equipped with a large Boretti cooking unit with double oven and 5 cookers. Furthermore, there is a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The living room has French doors to the terrace on the south with a view of, among other things, the pond. Three of the five bedrooms and the separate bathroom are located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and use the bathroom downstairs. One of the three bedrooms downstairs has a private bathroom. Guest access Free access to all buildings/ waters on the property. It is not permitted to cause nuisance by means of music and/or voice after 11PM. The house is on the water, so noise carries far. Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are not included, but can be booked for an additional €20.00 per person. The house is located right on the water and as everyone knows, sound travels far over water! It is not allowed to cause nuisance by means of music and/or voice noise after 11 p.m.
