An environment in which only the Frisian landscape is visible and no neighbors are visible! The space The private driveway of 700 meters brings you to an oasis of peace, privacy and nature and fishing experience. For example, there is a small marina, a natural pond on private property suitable for children, a large garage and various terraces around the house. The vacation home was purchased in May 2015 and is now set up for recreational rentals. For example, there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large dining kitchen/room. In the back house there is ample storage for brought boats, fishing gear, etc. The dining kitchen with cooking island is the core of the house. The open French doors to the east-facing terrace overlook the water and in the morning the rising sun. The kitchen is equipped with a large Boretti double oven cooking unit and 5 burners. Furthermore, there is a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The living room has French doors to the south-facing terrace overlooking the pond, among other things. Three of the five bedrooms and the separate bathroom are located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and use the bathroom downstairs. One of the three bedrooms downstairs has an ensuite. Guest access Free access to all buildings/water on the property. It is not allowed to cause a nuisance by means of music and/or voices after 11 PM. The house is on the water, so sound carries far. Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are not included, but can be booked for an additional €20.00 per person.
