Located in the center of Cancale, the "Val Joyeux" apartment is ideally located to visit Cancale, its surroundings and enjoy its activities during the summer. The space The assets of the apartment: - Its magnificent sea view with a panorama of Mont Saint-Michel and its bay. - Spacious and elegant, the apartment, with a capacity of 4 people, is perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends ; - Its large balcony for lunch while admiring the sea ; - The immediate proximity to shops, galleries, market, buses…: anything can be done on foot; - The beach on foot (the nearest one, “L’abri des Flots” - 100 metres) - Direct access to the GR34 ; - Easy to park for free. The apartment consists of: DAY CORNER Combining white and wood, the kitchen, fully equipped is very trendy. Its central island and bar invite you to friendly times. A large door separates the kitchen from the living room. Very luminous, the living room offers an exceptional view on the Mont Saint-Michel, thanks to its two large openings overlooking the balcony. The space is well differentiated with on one side a spacious dining area and on the other the living area. NIGHT CORNER The “Val Joyeux” apartment has a large bedroom, furnished with storage and bathed in light thanks to its two large windows. Lying on the 160 x 200 bed, you can admire the sea in a zen and relaxing atmosphere. The living area has a convertible sofa, providing a sleeping room for 2 people. The privacy and tranquillity of this sleeping area is ensured by a sliding door separating the living room from the kitchen. SPACE BATH The apartment has a large bathroom. The toilets are independent. THE OUTSIDE : You have a large balcony: table, benches and sunbeds are installed to spend pleasant moments while enjoying the exceptional panorama. You can also have access to the garden, an ideal place to play for children! Other things to note What you need to know about the apartment “Val Joyeux”: - The apartment is located in a big house and occupies the ground floor. It has a completely independent entrance. - For more then 2 people, the linen is optional (20 euros per pax). - Parking, free of charge, is done in the street, either in front of the apartment or in the nearby streets. - The garden is co-owned. - A person from our team will be there to greet you on arrival and make sure when you leave that you have had a pleasant stay. - In winter, from November 1st to March 31st: an estimate of the electricity consumption has been made for a heating at 22° = 52.5 KW/D. If this daily consumption is exceeded at the end of your stay, you will be asked to pay for this excess consumption on the day of your departure: 0.26€ / KW exceeded - The apartment is managed by a travel agency specializing in seasonal rentals – Archipel Evasion - immatriculated Atout France under the number IM972130002 and holder of an APST financial guarantee. As a Professional, a member of the APST, Archipel Evasion gives you an EXCLUSIVE and FREE benefit: the guarantee of deposited funds. This benefit gives you the certainty of making or continuing your journey, in case of a possible financial failure on your part. - A deposit of 400 euros per pre-authorization bank will be requested one week before your arrival. - Late arrivals after 8 PM are possible with an extra fee of 40€ to be paid at your arrival. No reception after 11 PM.
