Very large master bedroom with bed (queen size), closet, dresser, and air conditioning. Second bedroom with bed (queen size), closet, and dresser. Enter/exit the third bedroom from the queen bedroom. Located in a beautiful colonial style house on a tree-lined block with interesting architecture, this is a spacious, and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment that can easily accommodate 6. The apartment is conveniently located a few blocks off the Brooklyn College 2,5 train lines off Newkirk Ave and the Coney Island Q, B trains off Newkirk Plaza. Just 45 mins to most of Manhattan's tourists attractions. Get an authentic Brooklyn vibe in this cool and historic neighborhood known as Flatbush. A vibrant neighborhood with restaurants, shops such as Home Goods, Target, an array of markets and other stores. You will find everything you need within a short walk of the apartment. Street parking is available but the shared driveway is available upon request for a small fee with prior approval. Enjoy the great free summer concerts in Prospect Park, or just take a pleasant walk to Prospect Park, the Botanical Gardens or the many buses to grand army plaza and the beautiful Brooklyn library. During your stay, discover nearby landmark areas such as Ditmas Park off Cortelyou RD with lots of bars and a local Food Coop with GMO free and Organic products and Sundays Farmer's Market. You're in close proximity to Midwood, Prospect Heights and Park Slope. Brighton Beach. Take a subway ride to Coney Island. The historic Kings Theater concert venue is a few blocks away from the apartment. The apartment is a semi- peaceful retreat from the bustle of big city life with the sounds of birds chirping in the mornings. A rooster and a super friendly German Shepherd also call this place home- of course in not your immediate space. The space is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The Flatbush YMCA is two blocks away if you must go to the gym during your stay, Blink fitness and crunch is also in close proximity . Other things to note The rate may slightly increase or be lower based on travel season trends/demands. The rate is already very cheap- please- Don't book for 3 people and show up with 10. Unfortunately the space is not suitable for parties or gatherings. The space is reasonably priced for people who are looking for a nice , comfortable,safe, homely place to stay while vacationing - we are in a neighborhood where our neighbors still say good morning to each other. We really want you to feel like you're visiting family while you're here- of course with all the privacy you need- Lol- but seriously there's no pretense, no hidden agenda of any sort.
