A large, stunning four bedroom terraced cottage which accommodates up to 8 comfortably and is located just a few minutes from the beautiful beach and Dunes in Winterton on Sea and on the doorstep of all local amenities including village pub, shop and cafe. Downstairs there's a cosy living room leading off the porch, with SMART TV, comfy sofas and a woodburner for those chilly evenings after a long day walking. This leads into a vast, open plan kitchen and living / dining area. There's a well equipped kitchen that will have all the equipment and appliances you'll need - no matter how short or long your stay. You'll also enjoy an adjoining living and dining, with comfortable sofa and 42 inch Smart TV - so you can relax after that big meal! At the back of the property, you'll find a fully functional utility and boot room with washing machine and tumble drier which leads out on to the fully enclosed garden. At the rear on the ground floor there's a large family bathroom with a large walk in shower, WC and basin. Upstairs - there are four bedrooms and a further bathroom with shower. The master has a super comfortable king size bed and SMART TV - with plenty of storage space. The two middle bedrooms - one double with a king size bed and the other with adult size bunk beds - are Jack and Jill style and adjoin. There are two staircases at each end of the property which mean all bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom, either upstairs or down, without disturbing others. There is plenty of storage, chest of drawers and wardrobes in each bedroom. The bathroom upstairs has a shower over a bath, WC and basin. Guest access For the duration of their stay, guests have full and sole access to the entire house, four bedrooms, two bath / shower rooms, huge kitchen dining area, comfortable living room, utility room and fully enclosed garden. Other things to note Two large doubles with king sized beds, one small double with pull out trundle bed and one single bedroom with adult sized bunk beds. Two bedrooms are linked but both have access to a separate stairway and bathroom facilities. It's a Victorian cottage and one of the staircases in particular is steep.
