Independent villa consists of 4 bedrooms including three with a double bed and one with two single beds (that may arranged as double bed), large dining room overlooking the garden, 4 bathrooms with shower, garden with barbecue and outdoor shower. This house is just in front of Perla Marina Beach in Santa Margherita di Pula. You will find everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Free wifi, TV, satellite channels, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, air-condition. The space An independent house, 180 square meters, with 4 bedrooms, 4 complete bathrooms and a large living room. A great garden of 800mq between the Villa and the beach. All outside furniture are very good so if you need comfort and relax this is avery good solution. Ideal for 4 couple or a large family. You can use the outdoor hose to rinse off any sand to avoid bringing it into the bathroom, as this can cause blockages in the shower plumbing system, which has resulted in serious damage in the past. 2) We kindly request that you follow the instructions regarding waste disposal and recycling. Our waste collection service requires that all waste is disposed of according to the guidelines provided by the local municipality. For guidance on how to separate different types of waste, please refer to the attached document. You can leave the garbage outside the house, to the left of the gate, in the evening after 8 PM, and it will be collected the following morning between 6 AM and 8 AM.
