Located in the heart of the Gold Beach landing beaches, in Ver sur Mer, a small village of authentic Calvados, this family house 2 steps from the beach, has retained its old charm of the 1800s, with its stone and large travertine terrace. Spacious with its 5 independent bedrooms, patio, and garden, it can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Here you will be only 25 km from Caen, 15 km from Bayeux, in the heart of D-Day in complete independence, but also 80 m from the sea! The space Large garden and boules court, outdoor space on the large terrace for your meals, or on the small living room. Possibility to easily park your car(s) at any time of the year. On the ground floor you will find - a brand new built-in separate equipped kitchen (2025) - a living and dining room with functional fireplace - a 2nd living room in the patio - 1 bedroom double bed 140 with bathroom (shower sink) - 1 bedroom double bed 140 - 1 bathroom toilet (shower and washing machine) On the 1st floor under the roofs, - 1 hallway - 1 bedroom on the garden side with 1 bed for 2 people 160 - 1 bedroom on the sea side with 1 double bed for 2 people, 140 - 1 master suite with a through bedroom with 2 single beds 90 and a back bedroom with 160 bed. - 1 bathroom and toilet 2 spaces are not available to visitors upstairs, reserved for the family, these are the attic and the laundry room. Guest access Ver-sur-Mer is a quiet town, where you will not encounter the frenzy and stress of the coastal resorts. Only the sound of the waves could disturb an outdoor nap ;-) . You have a parking space for 2 cars easily inside the property, 3 or 4 could enter but would block the other 2. Street parking is still possible for free. Other things to note Please note that rates are set for double room occupancy. It is imperative that you notify us in case of single room occupancy so that we can prepare the necessary extra bed(s). You may be asked for a supplement of €31 for the entire stay per additional room. Bed linen, toiletries and kitchen linen are not provided. If you wish, it can be provided by the OPIE D'LA PORTE concierge at a rate of €22 for 2 people per bed (bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels). Bed made upon arrival: €9 Rental also possible for a baby bed and/or high chair at the rate of €10/bed or chair up to 7 nights, €5 for additional weeks.
