Off Grid Tiny House

This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all. It's like camping but with many more creature comforts. The house has hot and cold water in the summer but is off for the season now, end of October. The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! Great for kids! Mountain biking and hiking locally and right out your door. 10% veteran discount. Spectacular and cozy in the winter. The space The house is 12 feet by 18 feet with a loft over a little more than half of the house. The Queen bed is very comfortable. The bunks are great for kids and are big enough for an adult but not ideal. .The house does not come with sheets and towels but for a small fee, $10, I’ll make up the beds and have towels available. There is a four burner gas stove with an oven that all works great. The fridge is quite small and a cooler is a handy thing to hold additional supplies. There is an area for having a campfire outside (bring your own wood or scavenge in the woods) and the wood stove (we supply the wood for heating) will heat the place in the blink of an eye. Guest access You have the tiny house to yourself. The house sits on a large parcel of land with another house up the hill where we stay. You will share the land with us if we’re around. The pond is also shared. Check in is after 3 pm check out at 11 am. There may be some flexibility with these times. Other things to note WATER IS STILL ON TILL OCT 27 th In the summer (when water doesn’t freeze) there is hot and cold water at the house and a wonderful warm outdoor shower. We shut the water down and drain the pipes at the end of October and don’t turn the water back on till April. There are many mountain biking and hiking trails on the land.
