IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese. The space The cottage has a simply astonishing outdoor area with three large and furnished terraces around the cottage to choose the exposure, a private garden and an olive trees field. In the cottage a Carrara marble kitchen with a typical tuscany sink and a dominant orange SMEG refrigerator is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettles, coffee makers and everything you need if you love cooking as I do. Dining tables both inside and outside on the valley terrace and living area with a glass window on the valley, a double sofa bed (cm143x178) and access to the large outdoor terrace with a specific WiFi area, present everywhere. The living room is on another level but not separate and open on the bedroom with the double bed (cm160x195) and a wardrobe. Access to a covered terrace and the private garden between olive trees and officinal plants. A bathroom with a shower and an old sink and a laundry room is equipped with washing machine and iron. The cottage is air conditioned in every room; in the field there is a sunny / stargazing area where you can relax in peace and privacy. An old liberty bed can be used as a sunbathing bed or lying in the night under a bright sky of stars, away from any kind of pollution. Guest access The cottage is at disposal as well as the exclusive garden, the large terraces and the entire olive grove including the relax/solarium area. A private car park is beside the cottage and accessible by a private gate with remote control. Privacy is total. Just 10 minutes away from the train station and Florence is only 15/20 minutes by train. Other things to note The cottage is a no smoking area. Children will be under the responsibility of their parents.
