Located on hill Koumaros,adjoining the neo-classic town of Githio, my 3-level home is perched on a hill-side,giving it an amazing view of the town below and the Laconic Gulf as a whole.....smartly laid -out to offer both comfort and privacy and tastefully furnished and decorated,my home has all modern cinviniences.The outside terraces and gardens also located on different levels gives visitors many options to enjoy the spectacular view. The space Out of the living -room there is a big terrace,with a panoramic view,that can be used for outdoor dining.There is also patios and yards and big garden in different levels that be used for outdoor dining also.... the living-room has a big glass partition with amazing sea view.....there is fireplace and wood-stove for the winter.There are woods for the visitors.There are :a big living room,4 bedrooms,three bathrooms,1 more room where can sleep 2 Persons on 2 built beds,1 wc,outdoor shower,full equipped kitchen ,terrace,veranda,garden,rock-garden with cactus,patio,yards,in different levels....all with a panoramic view. Guest access In the yard there is barbecue also. No use when it’s windy and summer period. Other things to note We offer to our visitors virgin oil .There are also beach towels....
