The Barn at Whitmoor Farm is set in the peaceful Surrey countryside and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families. It offers two bedrooms — the first with a king bed and bunk beds, and the second with a king bed — plus two single beds in the living area. Enjoy Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a private indoor grill area. Guests also have shared access to a tennis court, trampoline, and outdoor swimming pool (heated May–September; open unheated until mid-October). On-site facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), tennis court, trampoline, and private patios. Each property is thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and inviting living areas. Guest access We unfortunately do not allow parties or day visitors. Unfortunately, no access for people not staying as guests. The 2 Bedroom Unit with 3 living spaces and 2 bathrooms are for exclusive use. No shared accommodation. There’s shared outside spaces. This unit has its own patio area outside. Other things to note We supply a few complimentary coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and dishwasher tablets (as a starter pack) but please bring some with for your stay. The two bedrooms are far apart so if you have small children, it would be advisable to bring a baby monitor. Please note the washer and dryer is located in the laundry which is in a building next to the barn.
