All-year House+BBQ+Squash - Disinfected with ozone

Our comfortable all-seasons guest house, built on an over one-hundred-year-old wooden construction, placed on 2000 m of fenced ground. The whole house is made exclusively of natural material. On the property there is a second building with Squash and additional rooms. Organization of Yoga classes (reservation required) The space At guests' disposal in the "big" House are 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and a large living room with kitchen (approx. 100m). The kitchen is comfortable and fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge freezer, kitchen stove, microwave oven, hob, etc.). There are also cutlery and crockery. The other rooms are located in the second part of the garden, which is separated by a belt of dense plants. These rooms have direct access from the garden. These rooms have two single (or double) beds plus a comfortable third bed, TV and bathroom. For these rooms there is also an additional fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave oven, hob, etc.) located next to it. If you want to book all 7 rooms, you must provide at least 16 people in the reservation. Also in this case, please contact us in advance to confirm that these rooms are not available. The calendar shows only the reservation of a large house for 12 people. A four-bedroom holiday home is available for booking up to 10 people PLUS: For reservations for 11-12 people - an additional room with an entrance from the garden OR For reservations of 13-15 people - two additional rooms with entrance from the garden OR For bookings 16-17 people - two additional rooms with garden entrance and a room next to squash. Guest access Garden, Children's Playground, TV set, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, 4 bedrooms - an additional 3 bedrooms in the second, separated part of the garden in the squash building (in some cases may be for a small fee - depending on the number of people). All rooms are available for reservations of a minimum of 16 people. For a small fee: Sauna (13€/h), squash (10€/h) Other things to note Quiet hours in the garden lasts from 23:00 After this hour, we invite you to enjoy inside the house. During the summer holiday season (July and August) only weekly reservations (from Saturday to Saturday) are possible.
