The space The villas are spacious with high ceilings, large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool. Stay cool with A/C in the bedrooms and living room. Each villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It has four bedrooms, a king bed on the first floor, 1 master bedroom with a king bed on the second floor, and two queen beds that are perfect for bigger groups and families. Each bedroom has a its own en suite bathroom with hot water, which comes equipped with every modern-day essential. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the private pool, living areas, kitchen, and bedrooms. The property is yours to enjoy during your stay. Palapas and shade areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis. • Beach Essentials: We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your convenience. • Villa has two parking spaces right in front for your convenience. • Pool service is provided twice a week to ensure your space is always pristine. • No smoking inside the property. • Kindly respect and be courteous to neighbors, especially during the evening hours (11:00 p.m. onwards). • No parties or events allowed. • Please avoid using glass near the pool area for safety reasons. • Your comfort and security are our top priorities. We have a security officer on-site every night from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
