Rental car, taxi or shuttles can be arranged The space Our home is noted to be well appointed and very comfortable.Downstairs, main level there is central zone AC, along with a separate ac for the downstairs bedroom. All bedrooms upstairs have a separate split ac. There are two outside decks, the roof top with the hammocks is a favourite. Wi fi, apple tv, cable and phone are available. Guest access The whole house is available upon rental. Other things to note All guests must be registered and a rental contract is provided for signature. Absolutely no unregistered quests , loud behavior , bachelor parties or Jaco escorts. We are a family community and we like our neighbors. Quiet time is 10 pm in the community. Christmas and new years weeks are 6-7 night minimum rentals . For example December 21-28, 2024 and December 28- Jan 4,2025
