Lyarne – Charming beachfront cottage

Quiet wooden chalet, under the pines and on a beautiful and large landscaped plot, by the sea. Direct access to the beach. Gîte in a property with a main building hosting two other gîtes (one 4-6 people, one 2 people) and a small house rented year-round at the entrance. Isolated property, by the sea, Natura 2000 protected area, just 2.5 km from the train station and the center of Les Moutiers with local shops and 15 min from the old port of Pornic and supermarkets. The space Barbecues and fires are prohibited: accommodation under highly flammable pine trees. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, it can be carried out by the reception person (flat rate €35). In fine weather, an extra bed for 2 people in a furnished shelter is possible with a supplement of €20/night, minimum 3 nights. (see photo) Guest access The chalet is independent and the adjoining garden space is isolated and reserved for it. The rest of the land is open to the promenade (500 m long). A laundry room in the main house offers a self-service washing machine (shared with all residents). Other things to note Parking can be done outside (easier for regular comings and goings), parking is possible inside, we will specify where (do not forget to close the gate of the general entrance). The terrain is fragile (sand dune), do not go outside the path that will be indicated.
