The space This fully remodeled 5-bedroom farmhouse includes: - Three master suites (king bed and ensuite bath) - Custom bunk room with six built-in bunks - Chef’s kitchen - Home theater with stadium seating - Magnificent custom bar and game room - 40'x20' unheated infinity pool with 12’ hot tub - Stacked stone fire pit with seating - 8 smart TVs to stream all your own subscriptions Guests will have private access to a 20+ acre secluded nature preserve surrounding a large creek with white-water rapids and the remnants of a historic mill. As a professional thoroughbred training facility, horseback riding is not currently available. The house is located in McDonough, Georgia, just 45 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, 15 minutes from the shops and restaurants of historic downtown McDonough Square, and 10 minutes from spectacular public golf courses and state parks. The house and farm provide a perfect break from the city and a chance to unwind in nature. We strive to maintain the balance between the natural surroundings, the wildlife, and our guests' experiences. For those reasons, we do not permit parties, fireworks, firearms, smoking, or excessively loud music.
