Our private property stops inside the tree line. Everything outside of that is considered public - our neighbors may tootle through with their UtVs to check on things and may introduce themselves. All of our neighbors are like family and they all have great stories! Please watch out for snakes- if the house has been quiet for over a week, the snakes may come to lay on the bank. They usually go away if they hear things. Be mindful- especially the first day here. We have not seen alligators - but they do have some in the lake Coyotes and foxes are around too
