At times, you may hear city sounds like people or music from these nearby establishments. If you need an early check in or late check out, please communicate that prior to reservation. We will accommodate when possible. Our cleaners need time to flip the house for same day check ins. There are 2 parking spots in rear of the house. Car 1 can pull into driveway and car 2 can pull perpendicular to car 1, making sure majority of car is on sidewalk/driveway. ***There is no other parking on Penn Street except these 2 spots. All other cars must park on the city streets. Blocking neighbors driveways, blocking passing traffic, or parking anywhere not permitted puts you at risk of getting towed (at your own expense). *** This house is NOT permitted for parties of ANY kind and no more than the amount of registered guests on the reservation are permitted inside the house at any time. There should be no extra people over before or after bar hours. There are cameras on the exterior of the house for safety and protection. Please be mindful of neighbors that live in the townhouses full time. Absolutely no pets or animals. Failure to abide by the rules will cause immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
