Located steps from the UofSC front gates, in a central walkable location in the heart of the historic Univ. Hills neighborhood, and just mins walk to shopping/dining. Search availability for all 4 garden courtyard lofts at www.CampusCourtyardLofts. com The space This courtyard apartment's separate private entrance is located across the courtyard just off of the driveway where you will park your car. It has a digital keypad that is individually programmed with your personal code for your security and privacy. This apartment is next door to the Nest and across the courtyard from our other AirBnBs, The Coop, and The Roost. We feel that how we clean our lofts, is one of the things that helps set us apart. Each loft is disinfected with a CDC approved antiviral/antibacterial cleaner after each guest. Linens are also washed after each stay to ensure that your room will be as fresh as possible. All mattresses and pillows are fitted with anti-allergen covers and each loft has a Hepa air filter to protect against air borne allergens. Follow the brick pathway across the courtyard onto your patio. The apartment contains a Queen bed, driftwood flooring, exposed brick walls, exposed wood beam ceiling, ceiling fan, ample windows, TV with streaming content (Roku featuring, YouTubeTV, Amazon Prime, Pluto and more), high speed WiFi, small kitchenette, central heat and air conditioning, recycled-100-year-old-wood counter tops, sink, fridge, built in shelves, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, snacks, microwave, dishes, utensils, small bathroom with shower, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, Hepa air purifier and shared laundry room with Samsung front loader washer/dryer. We also offer our guests light snacks so that they may settle in comfortably. The 1920s bathroom is on the small side and was renovated in 2019. It features a farm house style sink, mirror and rain head shower. Our studio is cleaned and sanitized before each new guest. Bed is made with fresh linens and clean towels are provided. The mattress and pillows are protected with anti-allergy/bed bug/dust mite covers. Many of our guests arrive from the airport via Uber as this is a walkable location that does not require a car for most downtown areas of interest.. Parking on our property is assigned. If you have a vehicle parked on our property please be sure it is safely INSIDE the parking space or garage assigned to you. Parking is tight in our area and vehicles improperly parked can block other guests from accessing their assigned spots. TOWING is enforced for unauthorized vehicles. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. Street parking on Henderson St. is permit only with the exception of weekends. Please check posted parking signs for specifics should you or an approved guest choose to park on the street on weekends. There are (3) outside security cameras, in plain sight, on the premises overlooking the parking spots for your security and to aid us in helping you find parking. end Guest access We usually allow late check ins, but please message us first please. This apartment's private entrance (just one flight of stairs) is located across the courtyard up on the patio just off of the driveway where you will park your car. The studio door has a digital keypad lock that is individually programmed with a unique code for your security. Since many of our guests arrive exhausted from their trip, we help you with parking and check-in over the phone when you arrive. Repeat guests can self check in for future stays. Hope to see you soon! Other things to note This building is almost 100 years old and has a lot of rustic character, including brick pathways, wood doors and plaster walls. We highly recommend the Soda City Market on Saturday mornings over on Main Street. Its a great farmers market with food trucks and many arts and crafts vendors.
