KITCHEN/DINING: Chef’s kitchen equipped with commercial, state-of-the-art appliances, including 10-burner vulcan stove, hibachi flat top, deep fryer, air fryer, coffee station, sous chef prep area, walk-in dry storage and pantries, as well as a commercial refrigerator and freezer. -Dining table with seating for 12 guests and 4 additional barstools at the counter -Outdoor BBQ grilling station with outdoor seating for 8 people (additional high-top outdoor seating for 6 people can be moved over for additional space). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, gardening, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends). Behind the main kitchen is attached full maid’s quarters with bedroom (single twin bed), bathroom, laundry with 2 sets of washers and dryers, and full kitchen with private entry from front of villa.
